Every order is made by hand. These guidelines help Momma Z give each customer the care they deserve.
Please allow approximately two days for your order to be mixed, fermented, baked, and prepared.
Orders are delivered to the customer's address or exchanged at an agreed public meet-up location. Customers do not pick up from the bakery's home address.
Customers enter the displayed order total manually in Square. Momma Z will verify and confirm that the payment amount matches the order.
A full refund is available when the dough is undercooked or a foreign object is found. Clear photo proof is required. Please contact Momma Z promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
